"New Moon Rising" is a song by Australian hard rock band Wolfmother, featuring in their 2009 second studio album Cosmic Egg. It was the second track of the album. The song was released as a single on 25 August 2009. The song was written by singer and lead guitarist Andrew Stockdale.
